Concept: There is a cottage where people can see the view of the Sagami Ocean. For the purpose of getting the best view of the sea, the double skin folded-plate structure has been used. 40mm-thick Corten Steel was used for a shelf in the tea ceremony room. Also, this shelf functions as a foundation wall. It has original color of iron rust, which produces suitable atmosphere for the Japanese tea ceremony room. |

| Features: The large span space has been realized because of the usage of the double skin folded-plate structure. Corten Steel (coating specification) is used for an exterior wall and a roof because the cottage is built in the steep land. Moreover, the Corten Steel sustains maintenance cycle through time. |
