A Slit in Between Panels

Concept:
The theater, which is a center of entertainment, brought back excitement of cinema and a story teller's performance just like the old days in Jinbo-cho.  It was built for bringing many people together and entertaining them.

Style:
An Exterior Corten Steel Panel
(thickness - 4.5mm)

Features:
An exterior Corten Steel panel functions as an finishing material, a steel earthquake-resisting wall and an exterior thermal insulation. It is easy to clean. In addition, it suits for reworking. The slit, which is in between panels, work as a rain water guttering. Some problems, which are common problems for architects, such as, form limitation and dirt were solved by the unification of design, structure and details.
